Commitment to Attend

• Your RSVP is a confirmation of your commitment to attend this catered event.
• Catering arrangements are made based on the confirmed number of attendees, and your RSVP ensures an accurate count for this purpose.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to the event will incur a fee of $177 + GST as per the EVS event policy.

Payment of Fine

• In the event of a late cancellation or a no-show for either day of the event, the $177 + GST fine must be paid within seven (7) days of notification.

Non-Client Policy

• If, at the time of the event, you are no longer associated with EVS or have become a non-client, your ticket will be automatically cancelled.

• To attend the event, you must re-purchase tickets at the advertised price applicable at the time of your EVS cancellation.

Event Changes

• The organisers reserve the right to reschedule or modify the event details.

• In such cases, attendees will be notified promptly, and no cancellation fee will apply if you are unable to attend the rescheduled event.
